What exactly are you accusing me of stealing? I morphed/altered/photoshopped all the pictures on my page. There is nothing stolen, much less anything for you to be disgusted by.

ahh, because you are using images that do not appear to be in the public domain. By submitting, I would have to read through the TOS again to double check, you are saying that you are the right-holder of the images, or have that persons permission. Since the images you are submitting still even have watermarks on them I seriously doubt you have the expressed permission of the original author.

Therefor, even after you manipulate the images, you are still claiming that they are yours when you upload them to DA.

OK, now I see where you are coming from.
My only intent is to manipulate photos without infringing upon the works of others, however, the majority of the pictures I manipulate are other peoples pictures.
It is not my wish to infringe upon the work of another and to that extent I agree with what you are saying.
The majority of my posts are not "original artwork" but more "re-mixed" artwork.
Because I don't generate any revenue from the pictures, I would like to think my artwork didn't present an explicit infringement, but because you do actually photograph/produce your own completely original artwork (btw they are beautiful), I can see why my manipulations would be offensive.

Is what you are doing an actual problem? No, I really don't think so, but it could still land DA/you in trouble (technically) as they generate profit based upon the ads that show on the sides of the page when people are actually looking at your artwork.

I see, especially after reading your latest journal, that you are definitely not looking to infringe upon anybodies rights. To be totally legit about it, you might want to start using stock photography that is available on sites like DA here. They specifically release those photos to you, however again, I doubt the artists of your photos will be hurt at all by you doing what you are doing.

haha, I know, right? I'm actually going on an epic 2 1/2 week long vacation very soon here. Will hopefully have lots of photos from that!
